Steps to the Process:

1. Identify your needs (target audience, budget, in-hands date and quantity).
2. We'll send you ideas and links to the items.  If you want physical samples or virtual samples, we'll gladly provide with either.
3. Once you decide on an item, just send us your logo and we'll email you a formal quote for you to review/approve.
4. Once approved, the items are ordered.
5. Within 24 hours, a proof is sent to you for review/approval.  Nothing is produced without your final approval of the proof.
6. The order is then produced, shipped, tracked and delivered to you.
7. Invoices are emailed from iPROMOTEu and all remittances are made to iPROMOTEu.
